POLYWOOD Wins 2023 LaunchPad Family Friendly Business Award!

POLYWOOD has been a strong supporter of LaunchPad since its inception in 2018. They have worked diligently to help solve the childcare crisis in Kosciusko County. POLYWOOD has partnered with both Wawasee Community Schools and Wee Warriors Academy to secure high-quality childcare for their employees. They also subsidize the cost of the care to make it more affordable for families.

Each year, POLYWOOD partners with Syracuse Elementary for their giving tree by purchasing and wrapping Christmas presents. This program helps teach children to spread kindness and give back to those in need through a hands-on service project.

Just recently, they helped launch the POLYWOOD Academy at Wawasee Community Schools. This innovative program offers students a relevant manufacturing curriculum and hands-on experiences in industrial maintenance, robotics, and engineering. In year two of the program, students will apply their knowledge of the curriculum by participating in an industrial electrical capstone, which is a paid internship through POLYWOOD.
