2023 Making a Difference Award

Since 1952, Wildman has been servicing Kosciusko County with a broad line of business services all targeted at helping business owners succeed. However, more important than the services Wildman offers, is why. Their purpose is to wildly change lives by empowering people to realize their full potential and purpose. They offer unique benefits to their team members to tap into this, such as Dream Management and their LoveWorks benevolence fund. When it comes to their staff, they are committed to improving the whole person, even in areas outside of work.

20% of their profits are donated to both local organizations and global ministries. They are committed to giving back. Their partnership with local organizations provides resources to those facing hardships, counseling services to support families and marriages, donations of needed supplies to local childcare facilities, and local sponsorships of school athletics teams to teach kids valuable life skills. They also work with global organizations to provide Christ-centered education to children, dignified employment for women, and clean drinking water in areas that unsafe water is the norm. Wildman exists for the purpose of changing lives and making a difference.
