Zimmer Biomet Wins 2023 Business of the Year

Since it was founded in 1927, Zimmer Biomet has been based in Warsaw. In fact, one of their buildings in Warsaw is currently the largest orthopedic manufacturing building in the world. Today, they have operations in more than 25 countries and sell products in over 100 countries.

Zimmer Biomet is Kosciusko County’s largest employer. In addition to that, they have supported our community in many impactful ways. In 2018, the Zimmer Biomet Foundation was established in order to address the needs of their global community. Locally, the foundation has given $4.3 million to Kosciusko County through projects such as the beautifully renovated Zimmer Biomet Center Lake Pavilion. They also offer a ZB scholarship fund for dependents of their employees, have a team member relief fund, a global matching program, and their employees have logged over 18,500 volunteer hours globally. You will also find them sponsoring several local events and organizations each year.

Kosciusko County is blessed to have Zimmer Biomet as a part of our community, and they are more than deserving of this year’s Business of the Year award!
