YOUNG ADULT PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR

Heather is often described as friendly with a kind personality and is someone who always puts others first. She goes above and beyond, and you rarely see her without a smile on her face.

She is very involved in the community, serving in a variety of different ways. She is a member of the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club, serves as a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters, is an ambassador for Cardinal Services, holds the position of Treasurer for One Warsaw and is a member of the OrthoWorx Diversity Committee. She volunteers as a foster for the Animal Welfare League, is the receiver for the Election Receiving Board, and is involved with Kosciusko Leadership Academy as the Curriculum Director. She even received the Kosciusko Chamber Ambassador of the Year award three years in a row.

In 2018, she joined the staff at 1st Source Bank as a commercial banker. One nominator said, “she has a heart of gold, and our community is lucky to have her.”
