2023 Rising Star Award

Lake City Gymnastics is the only private gymnastics center within 30 miles of Warsaw. Since opening in February 2019 with 30 students, their enrollment has grown to over 800 students. Of these students over 250 of them are in their Ninja Core program which makes them one of the largest Ninja programs in the state. This tremendous growth led to them moving out of their original location and into a beautiful new facility in 2023. The new building is 26,000 square feet, which makes it one of the top five largest gymnastics facilities in Indiana.

At Lake City Gymnastics, they focus on teaching gymnastics and Ninja Core skills in a positive environment that enriches the lives of children in Kosciusko County. Students can begin taking classes at two and a half years old and continue through their teenage years. In addition to their recreational classes, they have a growing travel team that competes in USGA sanctioned gymnastic events. In 2023, they had their first state champion on their competitive team.

A large part of their success is due to the amazing team of coaches they have. They hire staff based on whether they fit their culture, not just on past skills or experience. This has helped them create a positive and energetic environment for children to improve their skills while also learning to become good teammates and leaders.
