COVID-19 Local Business Updates

SUPPORT KOSCIUSKO GOOGLE DOC

We are so proud of our community! The support you have shown for our local businesses in the last few weeks has been amazing. In order to help bring awareness to things pertaining to Kosciusko County businesses and organizations, we have created a Google Doc. This document includes updated information on restaurants, retail shops, community needs and helpful services being provided by our members. These categories are separated into different sheets, you can browse through each by clicking on the tabs at the bottom of the document.

We need your help to keep the information up to date! For those wanting to add information to one of the pages, you can fill out a form with the information you’d like to have included. The document will be updated multiple times each day. Keep in mind that each page has its own form so we can ensure we’re given all the details we need. The links to each form can be found below:

Restaurants Retail Shops Community Needs Services

The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce and Warsaw Community Development Corporation recognize that the recent outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) is concerning for many and we are committed to public health and safety. All Chamber meetings and events have been canceled or postponed until further notice. We encourage you to stay informed about recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization.

We urge for the response to the coronavirus to be grounded in facts, not driven by fear — and remain dedicated to equipping our members and our community with necessary tools and resources to stay informed and feel most prepared. Additionally, we encourage you to follow best practices to help keep yourself and others healthy. For more information, visit the following links:

Kerlin Motor Company Sales Customers
If you come to the dealership and want to look at a vehicle, but don’t want to come inside – call us at 260-352-2162.  One of our associates will come out and Lysol the vehicle before you get into it.   We will allow you to take the vehicle on a test drive without one of our reps by signing a “Test Drive Agreement” and letting us copy your drivers license and insurance card.  We can sign all of the paperwork in the comfort of your new vehicle or at your home.  However, if you aren’t comfortable with that we will bring the vehicle to you, sanitize it before you drive it, then handle all of the paperwork through email/online and limit the personal contact.

LUNA.TECH: With the changes COVID-19 has created in the workforce, employees across the nation are transitioning to remote work environments. Unfortunately, in this uncharted territory, technology issues are inevitable. Luna.tech offers remote IT support to assist you with any technology problems you face.  Find out how Luna.tech can support you as we all adjust to this change.  For help in setting up a remote work environment, we are reducing our hourly rates by at least 50% now until April 10, 2020.  Call 574-372-3330 or email tech@luna.tech for assistance.

WINONA IT: One of our members, Winona IT, is stepping up to curb the IT issues local companies are experiencing through this extraordinary time. Winona IT is offering advanced support helping organizations in the area transition their employees to home offices, in order to maximize efficiency and reduce health risks to employees associated with keeping everyone at the office.

Winona IT is offering a few critical services to those that see IT barriers as a reason for delaying sending employees home, including remote support and personalized training, sales of home office firewalls, deployment of VOIP telecommunication systems, and implementation of advanced collaboration tools through the use of Microsoft Office 365.

Winona IT is committed to not allowing IT service pricing to be the primary reason your organization does not put the health of your employees first – especially for 501C3s, and is willing to work out customized financial arrangements on an as-needed basis.
