Scott Wiley

Scott Wiley joined the staff in January 2020 as our Member Relations Manager. He transitioned into a new part-time role as the Chamber’s Community Engagement Specialist in May 2025. Prior to joining the staff, Scott was a Chamber Ambassador for 20+ years.

Scott is a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County and a graduate of Warsaw Community High School and Spring Arbor College.  He started his professional career with the Detroit Pistons Basketball team and has held local executive positions with Flexible Personnel, Baker Youth Clubs, Bowen Center, and Lakeland Christian Academy. He has also been very involved in our local community and was the Kosciusko Chamber’s “Man of the Year” in 2002.  Scott is a member of the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club, is a graduate of Kosciusko Leadership Academy, and is also Member Relations Manager for Main Street Warsaw.
