HEATHER LARDINO: 2020 Ambassador of the Year

Please help us honor and congratulate our 2020 Ambassador of the year, Heather Lardino from 1st Source Bank!

Our Ambassadors are representative of the Chamber’s diverse membership. These dedicated individuals volunteer their time and talent to assist the Chamber with a variety of activities and initiatives throughout the year. Not only do our Ambassadors support the Chamber, but they also support our members by attending ribbon cuttings, promoting them within our community and helping new members become familiar with all the benefits the Chamber has to offer. Currently, we have nearly 30 active Chamber Ambassadors, who we often refer to as an extension of our staff.

Each year, we honor one of these outstanding individuals as our Ambassador of the Year. This award is given out based on event attendance and level of commitment to promoting the Chamber and our members. Heather attended over 35 Chamber related events during 2020, invested countless hours supporting our members and greatly exceeded our expectations of them. She showed genuine interest in each and every business we visited, recognized and welcomed into our community this year. She truly cares a great deal about Kosciusko County and our business community.

As we all know, 2020 was a unique and challenging year. To say that we are proud of the way our Ambassadors continued to show their support for our community during this difficult time would be an understatement. They have shown up for us and our members far more than we could have asked or expected.
