Winona IT: 2020 Rising Star

Our recipient of the 2020 Rising Star award is Winona IT!

Winona IT was founded by Michael Pahl in January of 2019 and was built on the principles of enriching the lives of others, something they keep at the heart of everything they do. They provide strategic solutions to businesses that require IT support, internal process improvement and more automated and efficient internal systems.

Since early 2019, Winona IT has supported over 75 companies and currently has approximately 50 active

clients that submit regular support tickets. They now have nine full time employees and one intern.

In their first two years of business, Winona IT has grown its employee and customer base quickly. Their team has risen to the challenge by effectively managing the growth in workload while maintaining a positive relationship with all clientele. They have excelled at internal communication and provide their employees with every opportunity to be invested in the goals and plans for the future of the company. They have a positive work environment and a strong team ethic, always putting others before themselves.

Winona IT has proven to be very generous with their time and finances. They work with many area non-profit organizations and generously provide their services at a low to no cost rate. Depending on the needs of each company, Winona IT is able to give them state-of-the-art service and products at a fraction of the cost to help reduce their financial burden.
