Rob Parker, President & CEO
Rob Parker joined the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce in January 2016 as the President and CEO. Rob comes to the Chamber with over 19 years of various managerial roles from CenturyLink.
In his current position, Rob is responsible for all aspects of the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce. His main initiatives will be lead from the mission statement, “Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce is to be the advocate of business in stimulating economic growth and diversity, promoting educational excellence and coordinating action on issues of community importance.” He will ensure that the Chamber is focused on providing the best service possible, driving value and benefits to the membership.
Rob is a Warsaw High School and an Indiana Tech graduate. In 2009, he received the Outstanding Graduate award from Indiana Tech while obtaining a dual degree, Bachelors of Science in Management and Marketing. Additionally, Rob is a graduate of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy and serves on the board of multiple non-profits, including Kosciusko County Community Foundation and Lakeland Christian Academy.
Rob has a passion for many activities, including snow skiing, mountain biking, fishing, golfing and playing any sport that engages his children. He is married to Renee and they reside in Winona Lake with their two children, Trent & Kiersten.
Michelle Goble, Operations Manager
Michelle Goble joined the staff of the Chamber in 2002 as the Administrative Assistant. In 2005, Michelle became the Chamber's Executive Assistant, now known as Operations Manager.
In her current position Michelle oversees internal operations of the Chamber, human resource functions, accounting/financials, technology administrative support to all departments, and management of the front office. She is also the liaison to Young Adult Professional Committee and Health Care Committee.
A native of Kosciusko County, Michelle graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Tri-State University, now known as Trine University. Michelle and her husband and their two children reside in Kosciusko County.
Michelle is very active in organizations that her children are involved with. Currently Michelle is active on the Mentone Youth League Board of Directors as Treasurer and on the Tippecanoe Valley Youth Football League Board of Directors. In addition, Michelle volunteers at Mentone Elementary School as a Junior Achievement instructor.
Lauren Klusman, Marketing and Communications Manager
Lauren Klusman joined the staff of the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce in March of 2017. She is responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of marketing, communications, and public relations programs that will enhance the organization's vision. In addition, she does photo and video work in order to increase visibility of Chamber members.
Lauren grew up in Winona Lake and graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2012, receiving academic honors. She was a ten year 4-H member through which she discovered her passion for photography. She then went on to attend Indiana Wesleyan University where she double majored in Graphic Design and Photography and graduated in 2016. Currently, Lauren is also a wedding and portrait photographer.
Lauren is the leader of the Chamber's Community Green Works Committee and serves on the Young Adult Professionals (YAP) Steering Committee and the Kosciusko Economic Development Corporation (KEDCo) Marketing Committee. She is also one of the founders of The Ballroom, an art gallery located in downtown Warsaw.
Andy McCleary, Member Relations Manager & Main Street Coordinator
Andy McCleary joined the staff in October 2017. He is responsible for new membership growth, increasing event sponsorships and working with the Warsaw Community Development Corporation in an effort to promote thedowntown district.
Andy grew up on a small farm south of Warsaw and is a 1993 graduate of Warsaw Community High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Sport Management from Indiana University in 1997. Today he is still passionate about youth sports, health and outdoor recreation.
Andy began his career with the City of Warsaw working as the Recreation Director for the Parks Department. His vision moving back to Warsaw was to establish a greenway for cyclists, walkers, and runners. He assisted in the development of the Lake City Greenway. He went on to manage the City County Athletic Complex for several years and most recently enjoyed a successful sales career with Gilsinger/Greenmark Equipment selling John Deere equipment.
Andy is married to his 1993 classmate Angie, they have three children Drew, J.W. and Alyssa. Andy and Angie have attended Warsaw Community Church for 23 years and volunteered in youth programs. The family enjoys baseball, basketball, hunting, and spending time with friends and family.
